AFA Announces Specialized Technical Workshop in Liège, Belgium

The Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA) is organizing a specialized technical workshop that will bring together industry experts, decision-makers, and professionals to discuss the latest technological developments and practical solutions that can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and emissions, and strengthen the competitiveness of fertilizer plants. The workshop will take place from 1–3 December 2026, for the first time in Liège, Belgium, under the theme: FERTILIZERS RE-ENGINEERED: Innovating Processes for a Low-Carbon High-Performance Future Over three days of in-depth technical discussions and practical knowledge exchange, the workshop will focus on how innovation and the latest technological developments can be translated into applicable solutions that improve performance, increase productivity, address operational challenges, and support sustainability across the fertilizer industry. Key Workshop Themes The program will cover the latest production and processing technologies, as well as approaches to improving efficiency, quality, and reducing losses.
