Tomorrow… Under the Patronage of H.E. Dr. Mohammad Thneibat, the 38th AFA International Technical Conference & Exhibition Kicks Off in Amman with the Participation of Leading Arab and International Fertilizer Companies

Under the patronage of **H.E. Dr. Mohammad Thneibat, Former Deputy Prime Minister of Jordan and Chairman of the Board of Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC)**, the 38th AFA International Technical Conference & Exhibition** will officially commence tomorrow, Tuesday, 3 November 2026, in Amman, Jordan.

Hosted by Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC), the three-day event will run through 5 November under the theme **“Beyond Production: The Fertilizer Industry Transformation Summit.”

The conference will bring together representatives from **more than 30 Arab and international countries, alongside senior executives, industry experts, and specialists from across the fertilizer sector. The event will feature 24 technical speakers and over 30 exhibiting companies* from around the world, including leading fertilizer producers, technology providers, licensors, equipment and chemical suppliers, and specialized engineering solution providers.

The conference comes at a time of significant transformation in the global fertilizer industry, with growing emphasis on advancing industrial processes, improving production efficiency, strengthening competitiveness, reducing carbon emissions, and expanding the use of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance operational performance and address industry challenges.

The technical program will feature a series of specialized sessions covering the latest developments in catalyst technologies and process optimization, the phosphate fertilizer value chain, asset reliability and smart maintenance, energy efficiency and low-carbon operations, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, and industrial process safety management. Discussions will also address developments in global fertilizer markets and international trade trends.

Alongside the conference, a dedicated technical exhibition will showcase the latest technologies, equipment, products, and advanced industrial solutions presented by participating companies.
